Kaumatua Grants

Waipapa Trust is extremely pleased to continue with its policy of offering Kaumatua Grants to all its beneficiaries aged 61 years and over. Due to policy changes, the age limit will increase annually and be capped at 65 years of age in the 2015 year. Beneficiaries that have applied in previous years will no longer need to complete an application form. As Waipapa now has your details on record, payment will be made directly into your bank account and you will be advised of payment by correspondence.

For first timers who are eligible and who have shares in a Whanau Trust/Estate and for whom we do not hold any records for, your administration trustee will continue receiving a blank Kaumatua Grant form for you to complete.

Closing date is 30th November and payment will be disbursed in mid December. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
