The Trust has in its care, 6537 hectares of quality land which forms the basis of its intensive farming operation. Included in this operation are dairy farming, sheep and cattle fattening units, wool growing and forestry activities. The Trust employs 10 permanent staff and extra seasonal contractors in its farming business. Overall the Trust has $60.5 million of net assets; these assets are managed by a board of 5 trustees who meet regularly to discuss the various business operations with executive and various portfolio representatives. The Trust has 1185 owners with a total of 31,906.152 shares.
